Let’s get you back to the exercise.
For account access, payment questions, missing files or a problem with a course resource, email pundrich@gmail.com. You can write in English or Portuguese. Support is provided by email.
What to include
- Your purchasing Google email address.
- The week, resource name, and page link.
- What you tried and the exact error message. A screenshot is useful after removing personal information and secrets.
- For payment questions, the payment date and Stripe receipt reference, if available.
Keep secrets out of support messages: never send passwords, full card numbers, verification codes, personal purchase codes or API keys. We do not need them to investigate.
Paid, but the library is still locked?
Check that your payment succeeded, then sign in with the same Google account used for purchase. Refresh the library. A shared link or another person’s code does not activate your account. If it remains locked, email us with the payment reference. Please contact us before trying another payment so we can help avoid a duplicate charge.
Opening a notebook in Colab
- Open the notebook resource in your personal library and choose “Open in Google Colab.”
- Choose the Google account where you want your notebook copy, and review Google’s permission screen.
- Colab opens your editable copy. Run the preparation cell first. Later launches reopen that copy without overwriting your edits.
If the Google popup is blocked or your institution restricts Drive permissions, download the notebook and use Colab’s Upload notebook option. For the first run, keep live API access turned off. Live API requests use your own provider account and may incur separate charges.
Downloads and runtime files
Download individual resources or the weekly ZIP, then unzip the weekly folder before opening its files. If a browser extension blocks a download, try your usual browser outside an automated session or ask your institution’s IT team. Follow browser security notices. Files created in a Colab runtime can disappear when that runtime resets; save your notebook and download outputs you want to keep.
Requesting a refund
You can request a full refund within seven calendar days of payment, for any reason, even if you have opened or downloaded materials. We also address confirmed duplicate charges and paid access we cannot restore outside that window, with any additional rights required by law. Read the full refund policy and email us with your purchase details. Requests are reviewed by the operator; this website does not have an automatic refund button.
Questions about your data
For account or personal-data requests, email us from your account email when possible. The privacy page explains what the platform stores and how to revoke Google notebook permission. Do not send identity documents unless a specific need has first been explained.
